Q: I made a withdrawal request, but why it's still on pending status?

A:  You need to check your account profile first. Did you put correct wallet address there? If there's no wallet on your profile, we will reject your withdrawal request and send it back to your account balance. You need to add your wallet first and then rewithdraw your balance.

We process all withdrawal requests in 48 hrs. Please don't worry or send us unnecessary ticket/email if it's still within the withdrawal timeframe.
