Change Investment Plan
Q: Can i change my deposit plan?
A: We can change your deposit plan (as one time exception) if you send us a ticket support within 48 hrs since you created your active deposit, not more. Your active investment will be moved to other plan based on the investment plan availability. Each investment plan has its own rules (accepted payment methods, quota or limit time for special plans, etc). Please read the rules carefully and choose your investment plan wisely.
We also have the right to reject your request if we feel that you try to manipulate/abuse our system for your own personal gained. For example, to earn more referral commission or bonus for your current active deposit.
